Some people have funny ideas about New Yorkers. For some, that the Scott Brown election has had some influence on the trial location. This is funny, silly, and misleading Have you ever been to NYC? The people are not scared of having trials there; it is the cost that they are thinking about. I was born on the East Coast and we are not afraid of the “scary" enemy you conservatives call the terrorists/combatants, or I call criminals. We don't elevate them to solider status, we are not scared of their rhetoric, and we are not influence by some guy in Mass.. We think the cost is prohibitive and traffic is bad enough around lower Manhattan. That is a realist point of view, not some misleading, and partisan scare tactic point of view.
